CA 141. Food Truck Operations 1 This course will enable the student to gain knowledge of the management and oversight of the various aspects involved in both the maintenance of a food truck and the cooking and refrigeration equipment involved for a successful food business on wheels. The student will gain knowledge of both human resources and business and financial management involved in operating a food truck business.
Prerequisite(s): CA 140 with a C or better.
