HM 228. Facilities and Design Management (O) This course will enable the student to conceptualize the design and equipment needed to run a food and beverage operation. The student will develop knowledge of layout designs and equipment needs based on space and menu for a variety of operations.
Prerequisite(s): HM 101 with a C or better.
