CD 295. Leadership in Early Childhood This course will enable the student to describe key functions and strategies used by motivational leaders in Early Childhood Education. The student will develop reflective teaching skills and demonstrate strong commitment and knowledge of early childhood development by creating a professional portfolio based on the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Professional Standards and Competencies for Early Childhood Educators.
Prerequisite(s): Twenty-one credit hours of Early Childhood Education or instructor approval.
