BE 127. Advanced Medical Coding

This course will enable the student to accurately assign CPT procedure codes and modifiers and HCPCS codes for medical services at an advanced level. The student will prepare for the national coding certification test.

Prerequisite(s): BE 125 and BI 240 (or BI 226 and BI 227) all with a C or better.
