Interactive Technology in Industry (AGS)

Program Information

This program will prepare you to use Image Manipulation Software, Non-Linear Editing Software for Video and Audio, Drone Flight, Maintenance and UAS Certification Prep, concepts of digital video and photography, use of Photogrammetry, and various industry methods to produce a variety of Interactive projects. Students create projects designed to educate, simulate, and demonstrate, with potential applications in education, architecture and engineering, military simulations, and 3D processed environmental GPS driven business in agriculture and the building industry.

CertiPort Certification

Through your coursework you may qualify to take industry certification exams. Butler community Colleges Interactive Design (ID) Department is a certified Certiport Testing Center for Microsoft and Adobe certifications and administer those tests on campus to students enrolled in or completers of certain ID classes. Testing is provided as a free service to current students of the ID Department. These tests include certifications in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and others.
