Program Information
The AAS Mass Communication-Journalism degree prepares students to create news, documentary, feature, interview, editorial and visual content using professional multimedia equipment and techniques. Students are exposed to all facets of journalism through work at our award-winning newspaper, magazine, radio, television, and online media outlets. Writing, advanced reporting, audio-video production, and media buying and selling are part of the course of study.
