Program Information
Learn to fly an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) without leaving the greater-Wichita area. Butler Community College is teaming up with Kansas State Polytechnic to offer an associate degree in this in-demand field. Learn to fly an unmanned aircraft in two years.
Aviation courses are taught by Kansas State Polytechnic faculty and are offered at our Rose Hill Campus and at Cook Airfield in Rose Hill.
Note: 13 credit hours are delivered by K-State Polytechnic in this degree plan. These courses will be transferred to Butler to count for degree requirements. The following courses can be completed at Butler after associate degree completion/graduation for transfer to K-State Polytechnic.
