HP 225. Principles of Personal Training Credits: 3 This course will enable the student to understand the role of exercise in wellness, the scientific foundations necessary to evaluate fitness levels, and the prescription of exercise in a career in the fitness industry. This course will prepare the student to sit for the Certified Personal Trainer exam through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
