FW 276. Biomechanics

Prerequisite(s): Recommended BI 226 and BI 227 with C or better or BI 240 with C or better.

This course will enable the student to utilize kinetic and kinematic analysis of human motion in sport activities through the study of anatomical and mechanical principles that govern movement of the joints and muscles. The student will evaluate techniques through video analysis of sport and exercise activities, and identify the most efficient method of performing a movement pattern.
