BE 160. Computer Concepts

This course will enable the student to function in a computer environment. The student will be introduced to computer concepts such as hardware, software, inputs, outputs, auxiliary storage, communications, operating systems, and environments. The student will also learn about computer security, ethics, trends, and issues in the information age. The student will complete hands-on projects using Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
