CA 243. World Cuisine This course will enable the student to explore the culture and cuisines of different world regions. The student will prepare traditional dishes from Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America, and other regions of the world. The student will learn about spices, traditional food preparations, and specialized equipment. The student will learn world traditions and customs.
Prerequisite(s): CA 220 and HM 101 both with a C or better.
