PA 270. Cakes This course will enable the student to develop a working knowledge of major baking methods while preparing a variety of cakes. The student will develop and practice major baking methods, prepare a variety of cake components, and practice assembly, decoration, and presentation of cakes for a variety of occasions. The student will demonstrate and practice proper food handling.
Prerequisite(s): PA 201 with a C or better.
