PA 202. Bread Basics This course will enable the student to learn, identify, and prepare various types of bread. The student will identify and use equipment in the preparation of bread and demonstrate techniques used in the production of bread. The student will identify various leavening agents. The student will demonstrate and practice proper food handling.
Prerequisite(s): PA 101 and PA 121 both with a C or better.
