ID 115. Digital Photography 1

This course will enable the student to use digital cameras and other photographic equipment as tools for visual communication and expression. The student will gain a working knowledge of the following: how digital cameras capture and process images; studio lighting and flash use; the principles of photographic composition; how to manage digital assets; and how to publish digital images for print, online, and digital exhibition.

Prerequisite(s): ID 101 with a C or better or concurrent enrollment.
